In aerial, kids will have fun dangling, climbing and inverting. They'll get to move through our Cirque-ability level system 1-5 at their own pace. All lessons will focus on building strength, skills, flexibility & endurance. Select a specific apparatus to focus or choose for mixed aerial or 2 hour class to work on all the apparatuses. Max 6 to a coach and no more than 2 participants to a piece of shared equipment.
In this class, kids will work at tumbling skills at their own level. Intro level students will build foundational skills like cartwheels, rolls and handstands. Beginners will work on front & back walkovers, round-offs and handstand skills. Intermediate level students will progress to handsprings, flips and aerials
In addition to developing tumbling skills, students will also get a chance to use tumble track and may explore acro-balance basics.
Maximum 6 Kids to a Coach
Intro & Mixed Level - Open to all skill levels
Beginner prerequisite skills - Cartwheel, front & back roll, momentary handstand on floor and bridge
Intermediate prerequisite skills - Front Handspring, Walkovers, Round-Offs, 2 Second Handstand
This class will accommodate all levels of flexibility, whether you're 2 feet off the ground in your splits or have mastered the splits and would like to learn contortion skills. Class will include warm-up, development of active flexibility, passive flexibility, partner stretching and contortion balancing skills. This program has a strong emphasis on technique and safety while developing contortion skills. Students will be encouraged to work towards skills within their own level before moving on to more advanced contortion skills.
Level 1 Students will work towards
Left & Right leg splits with square hips, Middle Splits, Pike Stretch, Bridges with shoulders lined up over hands, Straight position Elbow stand, Handstands with the wall
Level 2 Students who can do the above skills will work towards:
Scorpions/Needle splits, Side Scales, Front scales, Chest Stands, Backbend contortion skills like chair, elbow bridges, arching back, recovering, etc., Handstands & Elbow Stands
These classes are a combination of our aerial & tumbling program and also mixes in alternate circus skillsets like object manipulation and acrobalance. Typically kids are split into age groups and have a chance to work with one or more coaches at the various circus stations.

Our circus ninja program is the perfect mix of circus, acrobatics, obstacle courses and fun.
Your child will burn off energy, get stronger, develop coordination and build body awareness.
Class include ninja challenges to encourage development of a skills in program components like hanging, jumping, spinning, rolling and balancing.
