Adult Classes

All Classes are ongoing with monthly billing.  

• You will be charged for your first month's registration and your $30+HST annual  registration & Insurance fee at the time of registration.  
• If you register after the 15th of a month, in addition to the pro-rated current month's fees, you'll also be charged for the following months fees. 
• Monthly fees will be based on the number of classes that meet in that month.  Actual cost can be higher or lower depending on number of times that class meets in a month.  Prices on schedule are the cost of 4 classes to give you an idea of an average monthly cost for a month with 4 classes.
• If you do not want to continue with classes the following month, you must email us by the 14th of the current month to let us know that the current month will be your last.
• Each month on the 15th, you will be charged for the following month (unless you've dropped the class as per the instructions above)

Registration fee is charged per participant and is valid Jan. 1st - Dec. 31st of a the calendar year.  The first business day of January all participants will have the registration fee for the new year processed to the payment method on file.   

Registration is final with no refunds. 

In the event of a government mandated closure, we will switch all classes to virtual and you should log on for your virtual zoom link at your regular class time.  If you do not wish to participate in virtual classes, you can request a credit on file within 48 hours of us announcing the switch to virtual.  Only classes following the email request will be credited.  No refunds will be available. 

We don't offer one-off trial classes.  You can request an end of month drop with your registration if you prefer a shorter commitment to try it out.

New 2023 Members - You need to register for classes through the online schedule below.  Please be aware that a one time 2023 registration fee of $30+HST will apply to each participant and is non-refundable.   (If you are a previous client with a credit on file, please register as a new client and include a note with your registration (not a separate email) about your old account.  We will merge them upon registration review and only charge any outstanding balance after using the credit on file).
Current Registrants or 2023 Members - Please look at the schedule below, but click the client portal link to register for classes.  
Registration fee for the New Year  will be posted and charged to all accounts on the first business day of December

1. OPTIONAL (UNLESS FAMILY MEMBER HAS COVID OR YOU HAVE COLD SYMPTOMS) One or more masks.  We recommend high filtration masks like kn95, kf94 or n95 when possible. 
2. A notebook/pen (Optional - aerial classes)
3. A spray bottle of water for silks ($2 to purchase at the gym)
4. Chalk for Hoop/Trapeze (Optional - trapeze or hoop participants) -$5 to purchase at gym
5. Non-glass water bottle filled up.  

Arrive dressed for class whenever possible.  Sweatpants and sweatshirt are great cover-ups to go over training clothes in colder weather.
