Please be aware that these policies will continue to change and shift as the situation with covid-19 changes. Participant and staff safety takes top priority in our programming. We will continue to follow all recommendations from Toronto Public Health and will update policies as needed. You will be informed through your contact email if we make any changes to these policies after your registration.
Protocols and Policies last updated: Mar 21st, 2023
As of July 1st, 2022, proof of vaccination is no longer required to participate in our programs.
As the situation with covid-19 is constantly changing, please be aware that this requirement may be implemented again in the future (we would notify you of this by email and before the drop date deadline)
All in-gym staff at Cirque-ability are fully vaccinated and this staff requirement will remain in place for new staff.
Toronto Public Health recommends masking in indoor settings to reduce the risks of covid-19.
Masks are optional in our space, but we require that you mask if you meet any of the criteria below:
If you are sick, please stay home and mark your absence in the client portal.
If you are testing positive for covid, you cannot attend our classes or enter our facility until you are negative on a rapid test (even if you pass a covid screening).
Please be aware that at any point during a program, we may re-implement masks as mandatory to minimize risk as needed.
For increased safety during covid-19, we would like to continue to limit the number of people in our space. We recommend drop off when possible.
One parent per participant is permitted in the waiting room. If you will have other children in tow, please bring a quiet activity for them as they won't be permitted to run around the facility.
Parking is very limited on St. Clarens Ave. If you are driving, please leave extra time to park on adjacent streets and walk over to our gym.
Stay home if any of the following apply:
To encourage participants to stay home when sick, we are temporarily allowing make-up classes.
For make-up eligibility, clients must log into the portal and input the absence anytime before the absence occurs.
The make-up class can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance.
Please be aware that for all make-up options, they are only permitted while you are a current registrant at Cirque-ability, are not guaranteed, are subject to availability and expire after a month or at the time you drop your class (whichever is sooner).
There are no refunds or monetary credits for missed classes.
