Learn an aerial apparatus! In this class, both child and adult are both participants in the class. This is a mixed apparatus class and participants may include silks, trapeze and hoop! Our unique level system allows participants to progress at their own pace through our curriculum. Classes will include warm-up, strengthening, new skills and endurance work with routines. We recommend this class for age 8 & over. Both child and parent must register.
This class is all about the workout for the moms. Babies hang out on blankets during the class with a few toys. Flexible format allows for moms to feed and tend to their child as needed. In addition to being a great workout, it's also a fun social opportunity for both the moms & babies.
Those returning to aerial after a break will ease into things with stretching, strengthening and foundational skills and can begin working on previous skills within their own level when ready. No experience is needed to join, but you should have the medical clearance from your doctor to workout and be at least 6-8 weeks postpartum.
