Registration Information

Cirque-ability runs classes on 3 different Schedules which we call "Sessions or Terms".  

Year Long  - These classes run year round and have no scheduled end date.

September to June  - These classes start after labour day and run until the last day of public school.

July-August - These classes start after the Canada Day Weekend and Run until the Friday before Labour Day Weekend

Registration doesn't carry over from one session/term to another.  

Ex. If you are registered for July-August, you need to register for September to June to continue.  

If you are registered for a Year Long class, you are registered with no end date and your space is reserved for you until you cancel. 

Year Long  

These classes are always available for registration for an immediate start (space permitting).  Prices are pro-rated and waitlisted students are sometimes offered a future start date registration based on a future opening.  Please note that none of our kids classes are on a year round schedule.   

September to June 

Registration opens each year late May or early June.

June 4th, 2024 12pm - Member Registration (available in the Jackrabbit portal)

June 5th, 2024 12pm - Open  Registration (available on this website page)

All of our kids classes run on this schedule and select adult classes that don't run in the summer.

July-August

Registration available in the Spring as classes are added to the schedule.  

Limited classes run on this schedule and classes are mainly scheduled by request to info@cirque-ability.com

A registration fee of $30+HST is charged per participant at the time of the registration and is valid until Dec. 31st of a the calendar year.  The first business day of January all participants will have the registration fee for the new year processed to the payment method on file.   

This fee is only charged once per calendar year.  Ex. If you take classes January to March, drop your class and re-register in July, you will not be charged the fee a second time in one calendar year.  

Prices are found on the class schedules under the program categories.  The prices shown on the schedule are for a typical month with 4 classes, but prices will vary depending on the number of classes in the month.

A few examples below

a) . if you sign up the last week of August, your August tuition would be the class 

price listed on the schedule divided by 4.  

b) A charge for December will be lower due to the holiday closure over the Christmas break.  

c) Some months have 5 of a certain weekday, if your class meets 5 times, your tuition charge will be higher that month, but the cost per class remains the same.

We bill by the month, not by the session.  

• First month's registration and annual  registration & Insurance fee at the time of registration.   First month's registration is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded or deferred
• If you register for a class that is currently running and it's after the 15th of a month, in addition to the pro-rated current month's fees, you'll also be charged for the following months fees. 
• Monthly tuition is based on the number of classes that meet in that month.  Schedule shows price for a typical month with 4 classes.  Price per class remains the same, but monthly cost may go down if their are prorations for holidays or up if it's a month with 5 classes.  
• Each month on the 15th (or the first business day after the 15th), you will be charged for the following month (unless you've notified us by the 14th to drop your class)

First month's registration can not be cancelled or refunded or deferred to the future.

If you would like to cancel a  class, you can notify us by email by the 14th of your currently running class to notify us that the current month will be your last month.  After you drop your class, you will not see any charges processed to your payment method on file. 

We do not offer refunds.  

In the event of a government mandated closure, we will switch all classes to virtual and you should log on for your virtual zoom link at your regular class time.  If you do not wish to participate in virtual classes, you can request a credit on file within 48 hours of us announcing the switch to virtual.  Only classes following the email request will be credited.  No refunds will be available. 

We don't offer an option to book a single class or drop-in or trial.  If you register for a class and it doesn't end up being a good fit or you have a schedule change, we are happy to switch you or your child to an alternate class with space or you can request a drop on file for end of your first month.  

New Clients  (You are new to Cirque-ability)

You need to register for classes through the online schedules under the programs tab.  

Previous Clients (You attended in a past calendar year, but are not the current year)

You need to register for classes through the online schedules under the programs tab.     *If you have an old account with a credit on file, please include a registration note and we will merge your accounts upon registration review

Current 2024 Members - (You have attended or registered for a class in the current year)

Please look at the schedule below, but click the client portal link in the top righthand corner of the website to register for classes.  

Once you have successfully registered online:

1) You will receive a email directly from the Jackrabbit registration site confirming your successful registration or successful waitlist enrolment.  Please check your junk/spam folder to ensure that our emails aren't being filtered out of your inbox.  If you find our email in the junk/spam folder, add our address to your trusted senders or contact list. 

2)  Review your information in the Jackrabbit portal and make sure that you have up to date contact information, medical information and an emergency contact listed.  

3) You should see your programs in your schedule for current classes or upcoming classes.  If you don't see it and didn't receive a confirmation email, then it's likely that your registration was not successful or you may see it under the waitlist section which means you are waitlisted for the class you wanted.  

4) On our next business day, our office will review your registration and send out an email  

You will receive two emails regarding first class information and how to mark advance absences and book make-up classes.
