Cirque-ability runs classes on several different schedules which we call "Sessions or Terms". The class you register for repeats at the same time each week within the term.
Year Round - These classes run year round and have no scheduled end date. Your registration continues indefinitely until you provide notice to drop/cancel your class. Most of our adult classes run on this schedule.
Registration - You can register at anytime. Your start date is from the time of registration unless otherwise indicated.
September to June - These classes start after labour day and run until the last day of public school. You can join at any time during the term (space permitting). You are not locked in to the entire term and can provide adequate notice to cancel if you can't commit to the entire term. Our kids classes run on this schedule and some adult classes.
Registration - Registration opens each year late May or early June.

All of our kids classes run on this schedule and select adult classes as well.
Summer - These classes run throughout the school summer holiday period. Classes repeat at the same time each week. You can reserve your spot for all dates (makeups permitted when you advance cancel in the portal), or register in the portal for specific dates you can attend at a slightly higher per class rate (no makeups permitted for classes you can't attend). Both kids and adults have classes on this schedule.

Registration doesn't carry over from one session/term to another. If your term has a scheduled end date, you must sign up for future terms to continue.
A registration fee of $30+HST is charged per participant at the time of the registration and is valid until Dec. 31st of the calendar year. The first business day of January all participants will have the registration fee for the new year processed to the payment method on file.
This fee is only charged once per calendar year. Ex. If you take classes January to March, drop your class and re-register in July, you will not be charged the fee a second time in one calendar year.
Prices are found on the class schedules under the program categories. The prices shown on the schedule are for a typical month with 4 classes, but prices will vary depending on the number of classes in the month. The price per class remains the same, but your monthly cost changes to reflect the actual number of classes scheduled.
Ex.
a) If you sign up the last week of August, your August tuition would be the class
price listed on the schedule divided by 4.
b) A charge for December will be lower due to the holiday closure over the Christmas break.
c) Some months have 5 of a certain weekday, if your class meets 5 times, your tuition charge will be higher that month, but the cost per class remains the same.
We bill by the month, not by the session/term.
First month's registration can not be cancelled or refunded or deferred to the future.
If you would like to cancel a class, you can notify us by email by the 14th of your currently running class to notify us that the current month will be your last month. After you drop your class, you will not see any charges processed to your payment method on file.
We do not offer refunds.
In the event of a government mandated closure, we will switch all classes to virtual and you should log on for your virtual zoom link at your regular class time. Virtual activities will be modified If you do not wish to participate in virtual classes, you can request a credit on file within 48 hours of us announcing the switch to virtual. Only classes following the email request will be credited. No refunds will be available.
When clients cancel classes in advance in the portal, a makeup token is placed on the account so that the client is eligible to makeup up the class before or after the absence (space permitting). We have small class sizes and cannot always accommodate makeups, especially if your own availability is very limited.
Many programs with small class sizes like ours do not offer makeups at all and we have makeup policies that must be followed for this to work for our gym. These policies include the following: Makeups are not guaranteed, makeups can not be credited or deferred to future terms, makeup tokens expire after 2 months, makeups expire with a class drop, makeups can't be booked more than 2 days in advance. A full copy of these policies will be sent out with your registration.
Aerial & Acrobatics requires consistent practice to develop skills needed to progress. The consistency of attending regularly provides a greater benefit in terms of increasing strength, flexibility and making progress towards goal skills.
Can't commit to the same class time each week? You can register for the class time that will work most of the time for you and mark in absences when you can't attend to be eligible to book makeups into a different class *makeup policies apply*.
Some of our programs like private lessons or low registration classes are sometimes opened up to single class booking at a higher per class rate. Makeups are not permitted for single classes. To access single class booking, sign up for the $30+HST registration fee on the calendar. The fee will be posted to your account, but we won't process that charge until you successfully register for a single class in the portal.
Single spaces cannot be booked through the website. You must use the "drop in" tab in the "searching for activities" section.
We don't recommend a single trial class to gauge if an activity is a good fit. It can take multiple classes to "find your groove" and see what progress looks like. You can request an end of month drop for a shorter commitment to start.
New Clients (You are new to Cirque-ability)

Previous Clients (You attended in a past calendar year, but are not the current year)
You need to register for classes through the website (scroll down to click the schedule you are looking for) . *If you have an old account with a credit on file, please include a registration note and we will merge your accounts upon registration review
Current Members - (You have attended or registered for a class in the current year)
Please look at the schedule below to review your options, but click the option to register through the client portal or click the client portal link in the top righthand corner of the website to register for classes.
Once you have successfully registered online:
1) You will always receive a email directly from the Jackrabbit registration site confirming your successful registration or successful waitlist enrolment. Please check your junk/spam folder to ensure that our emails aren't being filtered out of your inbox. If you find our email in the junk/spam folder, add our address to your trusted senders or contact list. There have been some reports of hotmail and yahoo emails not receiving these emails. All important communication is sent by email so please be sure that our emails are making it to your inbox.
2) Review your information in the Jackrabbit portal and make sure that you have up to date contact information, medical information and an emergency contact listed.
3) You should see your programs in your schedule for current classes or upcoming classes. If you don't see it and didn't receive a confirmation email, then it's likely that your registration was not successful or you may see it under the waitlist section which means you are waitlisted for the class you wanted.
4) On our next business day, our office will review your registration and send out an email
You will receive two emails regarding first class information and how to mark advance absences and book make-up classes.
