Classes for our littlest acrobats and aerialists. These classes are parent accompanied.
Please see classes for specific age ranges. Our age ranges are based off a Dec. 31st cutoff so that kids can be with their peers from their current school grade.
This unique age group allows for family members of varying ages to sign up and learn skills together. Both parent & child are participants.
We know it's important for teens to be with same aged peers. We have classes just for teens.
No experience is needed to join our adult classes. We have classes for complete beginners and those with some experience.
It can be hard to fit in a workout class when you're a busy parent. This class allows you to work out with other postpartum moms and you can bring your baby along.
Aerial & Tumbling performance focused programs for participants who want to explore the creative and performance side of circus alongside the skill development
For adult participants in our classes, we provide an opportunity to sign up for an adult open gym to prepare an act for an cabaret style show. This is a fun and low pressure opportunity to show your friends and family what you're learning.

Have fun exploring our circus circuits while developing physical literacy and social skills. This child directed program is loosely structured to allow for child directed exploration. One parent/guardian per child accompanies child and helps them participate.
Have fun learning foundational skills in aerial and tumbling. Your kindergarten aged child will progress through our 5 level circus inspired kindergym program at their own pace. This is a great class to develop general physical literacy through rolling, jumping, balancing, hanging, landing and more. Children work towards tumbling skills like rolls, handstand and cartwheels and build aerial strength through chin-ups, climbing, hanging upside and more.
The goal is independent participation, but parents can watch or assist as needed. We recommend that most 3 year olds start with ToddlerCirque or MiniCirque.

A fun program with circus stations developing skills in both acrobatics and aerial arts. Children are divided into age groups and rotate through stations including silks, hoop, trapeze, tumbling and tumble track. Children work towards tumbling skills at their level and also learn introductory skills on aerial silks and bar apparatus (hoop or trapeze).
Please note that if the class title says KidCirque Silks & Tumbling, there is no bar (hoop/trapeze) apparatus on that day and the kids focus on silks for the aerial portion of class.
*If your child has a year or more of experience and is age eligible for our grade 3 & up classes, we recommend signing up for one of those classes so that they have more time on their aerial apparatus. As they learn more complex tricks and sequences, the additional time is beneficial*
Combo class with half the time on an aerial apparatus and half the class in mixed level tumbling.
In Junior Aerial, the children will spend half their time on Aerial Silks and half their time on Hoop & Static Trapeze. This class is great for kids that love monkey bars or climbing and want to get strong and learn cool tricks on our aerial apparatus.
*Please note that Aerial requires turn waiting, focus and an ability to follow directions and a full length aerial class may not be a good fit for all children in this age group*
Aerial Silks are the fabric suspended by the ceiling. Participants learn to climb it and wrap it around themselves to perform various poses and drops.
Our unique level system allows participants to progress at their own pace through our curriculum. Classes will include warm-up, strengthening, new skills and endurance work with routines.
Aerial Hoop, also known as lyra is a ring hung by the ceiling. Participants learn how to climb into the hoop and perform various moves under, in and above the hoop.
Our unique level system allows participants to progress at their own pace through our curriculum. Classes will include warm-up, strengthening, new skills and endurance work with routines.
Aerial Trapeze is a bar hanging from the ceiling. Participants learn how to climb onto the trapeze and perform various moves under, on and using the trapeze ropes. It is also referred to as static trapeze because the bar does not swing or fly through the air.
Our unique level system allows participants to progress at their own pace through our curriculum. Classes will include warm-up, strengthening, new skills and endurance work with routines.
This program is for those with a interest in performance. In additional to skill building, participants learn performance skills like character building and routine creation. Participants work towards solo acts the first half of the year on their apparatus of choice and collaborate with each other to create an in house June performance which may include doubles, synchro or cross disciplinary exploration. September to June commitment is required. Children must be willing to challenge themselves physically (through strength and flexibility development) and artistically (through creative exercises). If you're not sure about this program for your child, please contact us.
This is an introductory aerial class for those who would like a slower paced introduction into aerial. Focus will be on building strength and flexibility. Participants will work on knotted silks skills and may progress to our Level 1 Curriculum as they are ready.
*Beginners who are physically active, can also start with our regular mixed level silks classes.
If you would like to learn tumbling, but want a slower paced introduction to acrobatics, this is the class to start with. In this class, participants will take more time on learning basic body positions, strengthening exercises, stretches and will ease into skills slowly.
*Beginners who want a faster paced class and feel comfortable jumping right into skills, should start with Level 1 Tumbling. *
This Level 1 class is perfect for those looking to learn foundational tumbling skills and build strength. Goal skills at this level include landings, front/back rolls, cartwheels, headstands, handstands and bridges. (Tumbling may also be known as acro or floor gymnastics)
Participants will work towards cartwheel variations, handstands, round-offs, fall to bridge, bridge kickovers, bridge recovery, walkovers and front handsprings. Pre-Reqs - front roll, cartwheel, kick to momentary handstand and bridge with straight arms.
Level 3 Tumbling class - Goal skills are individual and may include back handsprings, back/front tucks, aerial cartwheel or walkovers, press handstands, back extensions and more!

We recommend that participants practice their stretches at home at least 2xs/week in addition to attending this class. We recommend that those who already have 3 splits and advanced backbends sign up for 1 on 1 private lessons from the private lesson page.
Learn how to hold a handstand. Work on strength, flexibility, static handstands and walking handstands. For this class, you should be strong enough to hold a 1 minute handstand when supported by the wall and should feel comfortable kicking up to a momentary handstand. If you're not there yet, we recommend Level 1 Tumbling (intro level) to get started on handstands and other foundational skills.
Participants work through acrobalance poses at their own level in designated pairs, trios or groups. No experience is required. You can sign up with a same sized friend or different sized friend as there are balances that work for both scenarios. Single registrations aren't permitted, you must sign up with someone you wish to work on balances with.
